Finding and hiring the right people is one of the top concerns for businesses, and HR and supervisors must then help new hires succeed. This 90-minute hiring and onboarding webinar is a primer on hiring right and training smart.
Research shared in the session shows 88% of organizations don't onboard well, while great onboarding can improve retention by 82%. The Aberdeen Group also reports 31% less turnover for companies with effective onboarding in the first three months.
You'll cover best practices in recruitment, hiring and onboarding, the difference between orientation and onboarding, approaches to integrating new hires, creating a smooth experience, employer branding and the onboarding duties of executives, HR and managers.
Good hiring and onboarding can mean the difference between an engaged employee and one who has checked out within three months. Onboarding introduces culture and expectations, gives new hires the training they need and reveals culture fit early, saving a long investment in the wrong person.
This introductory session suits HR professionals, managers, supervisors, business owners and team leaders.
