Alternate options
Alternatively, you can email your questions to webinar@247Compliance.com. We will then forward your questions to the speaker. Once we receive a response, the information will be promptly shared with all attendees. We would also depend on the presenter to forward us the answers to be shared with the registrant.

15. Registration/Transfer of Account/Transfer of Webinar
You may use the Website without registration, but to take advantage of some aspects of the Website, you will need to register for an account. 16. Turnaround Times
Customers who register to receive a Recorded Session or Transcription of a webinar will be granted access to the content via the 247Compliance App and will also receive a link to the Recorded Session or Transcription via email. Access to the content will be provided within 48 hours of the completion of the Live webinar.
For registrants opting for Live Sessions, the joining link for the webinar will be shared via email 24 hours before the scheduled time. Additionally, access to the Live webinar can also be obtained through the 247Compliance app.
Please note that USB deliveries are processed in batches and are subject to potential rescheduling of webinars. In the event of a webinar rescheduling, registrants's USB orders will be dispatched in the subsequent batch. cowebinars.com cannot be held responsible for such delays.
NOTE: Federal Holidays and weekends are not considered for the above turnaround times.
17. Medical Terms & Condition
At cowebinars.com, we understand that unexpected situations may arise following webinar registration. However, we want to clarify that refund initiation by cowebinars.com is not applicable for the following reasons: Medical Reasons, Registration Errors, Inability to attend, Registration influenced by Alcohol, Consumption of Intoxicating or Recreational substances affecting actions or mental processes, Mental health issues, and purchases deemed as a "Mistake" by the Registrant post-registration. The acceptance of these terms is acknowledged by the Registrant at the time of purchase.
This policy is grounded in the fact that when a registration is made for a webinar, corresponding slots are reserved, preventing allocation to another registrant due to limited availability, thereby ensuring a value-added and quality webinar experience.
Refund Initiation Options:
- Avail of the webinar stream (1-Time Recording) valid for 6 months.
- Opt for a different webinar with an equivalent price at a future date.
- Exchange for on-demand recordings (past events) equal to the original amount paid.
Refund Process:
Should a registrant choose a refund, initiation will be in the form of a Credit Voucher:
- The Credit Voucher is valid for 12 months and equal to the original amount paid.
For higher-value amounts, 247Compliance offers additional options:
- Provide a credit voucher valid for 1 year.
- Facilitate participation in different live webinars or access on-demand recordings.

Upon request, cowebinars.com will assign a dedicated account manager to assist with any queries or concerns related to availing a Credit Voucher.
