This webinar will focus on the impact that toxic people have on an organization. During the webinar, the characteristics of the toxic employee will be described, and the three types of toxic employees identified with a profile of the kinds of behaviors they engage in. An emphasis will be placed on their impact on the productivity and morale of the organization. Toxic employees will be compared with difficult employees and how a difficult employee can become a toxic employee.

Strategies for dealing with toxic and difficult employees will be introduced. In addition, information will be presented on workplace bullies and how to deal with them.
